About Lakshya Foundation

Service is not just an activity. It is a responsibility.

Lakshya Foundation is committed to giving elderly people in need a safe place to live, nutritious meals, healthcare and loving support. For us, care means much more than food and shelter. It means talking with them, understanding what they need, looking after their health, and helping them feel like part of a family.

This Is Not Just an Old-Age Home. It Is Their Home.

In the last stage of life, when family support is no longer there, a person loses far more than a place to live. They need someone to talk to, someone who listens, someone to share a meal with, and someone to sit beside them when they are unwell. Above all, they need to feel that they belong.

At Lakshya Foundation, residents are not simply people living in a facility. They are members of the Lakshya family.

The Couple Behind the Care

Mrs. Lajja Joshi and Mr. Yagnesh Joshi look after the elders of Lakshya Foundation. They do not just manage the home. They live on the same premises and are closely involved in everyday care.

They sit down and eat the same meal as the residents, at the same time. To them, these elders are not strangers. They are part of the Lakshya family.

What Do Elders Truly Need?

As a person grows old, what do they really need?

And most important of all, the feeling that “I still matter to someone.”

Lakshya Foundation strives to provide safety, dignity, nutritious meals, healthcare, companionship, prayer and the warmth of a family.

Our Doors Are Open to More People

Our dream is to shelter more elders and persons with disabilities. As the number of residents grows, so do the costs of meals, medicines, healthcare and daily care. We are ready to expand, and with your support we can care for one more life.
